Shipping
All Silk accessories orders are processed within 1-3 working days, during high season such as New Year ( please see store banner and pop -up announcement during festive season) . Processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier service.
Garment processing time might take longer, but normally takes from 1 - 2 weeks, we will inform you if there is any production delay .
Shop Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM (EET). Orders placed during weekend will be processed within 1-3 working days starting from Monday.
All shipments are trackable!
Orders in Latvia are shipped by Omniva, DPD parcel machines or Latvia Post and usually take about 1-5 business days.
Baltic states - Omniva, DPD parcel machines or Latvia Post - around 2-5 business days.
International shipping - tracked shipment by Latvia Post, 5- 14 days ( EU, USA) and up to 3 weeks Australia, New Zealand, Canada and non EU countries.
We offer very affordable partly express consolidation shipment to USA ( 5-10 days), please choose at the check out.
Also we offer very affordable Express Shipment ( 2-7 business days) to all over the world, please see at the checkout.
Express and Partly express shipment is not eligible for free shipping above 100 euro/usd.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@baibaladiga.com and send your item to: LCC KOBAJASI, Brīvības iela 141-16, Riga LV-1012, Latvia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Returns
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us on info@baibaladiga.com or +371 29571234.
Our policy lasts 24 h. If 24h have gone by since your purchase and you haven't informed us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return shipping must be sent back to the LCC KOBAJASI within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with all labels attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 10 Euro, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
