1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, the following items are final sale and non-returnable if the security seal is broken or the product shows signs of use:
- Hair Accessories: Silk heatless curlers, silk headbands, and silk scrunchies.
- Sleep & Skincare: Silk pillowcases and silk sleep caps.
- Apparel: Silk nightwear (eligible for return only if the security seal remains intact and the garment is unworn).
2. Return Conditions
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags attached.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will issue a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@baibaladiga.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of the defect.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email info@baibaladiga.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is verified as defective.
